Heven AeroTech: A New Identity for a Growing Mission
Change is rarely just about a name. It’s about clarity, momentum, and what comes next.
Today, we’re announcing that Heven Drones has officially rebranded as Heven AeroTech—a name that better reflects who we are, what we build, and where we’re going.
Why Now, Why This
We’ve grown rapidly over the past year. The acquisition of Zepher Flight Labs brought world-class engineering talent and advanced VTOL capabilities into our portfolio. Our new headquarters in Northern Virginia positions us at the center of the U.S. defense and policy ecosystem. And our continued investment in our Washington state facility reinforces our commitment to domestic manufacturing and innovation.
The rebrand reflects that evolution. We’re an aerospace technology company—building mission-critical systems for defense, commercial, and public safety applications at scale.
The name Heven AeroTech makes that clear. It communicates our technical depth, our operational breadth, and our commitment to advanced aerospace solutions that matter in the real world.
From Acquisition to Integration
The Zepher Flight Labs acquisition was a strategic bet on engineering excellence and U.S. manufacturing capability. Zepher brought proven VTOL systems and a track record of delivering platforms that perform in demanding environments.
Now, under the Heven AeroTech brand, we’re bringing those capabilities together with our hydrogen-powered systems. The result: faster development cycles, stronger technical integration, and greater ability to serve customers across defense and commercial sectors.
With facilities in both Bingen, Washington and Northern Virginia, we’ve built a distributed U.S. footprint that combines advanced engineering and manufacturing in the Pacific Northwest with strategic proximity to defense decision-makers on the East Coast.
Positioning for What’s Next
Our new headquarters in Northern Virginia puts us at the heart of where defense policy, procurement, and innovation intersect. Proximity to the Pentagon and Capitol Hill creates opportunities for direct engagement with the stakeholders who shape defense priorities.
We’re building relationships with key decision-makers, strengthening partnerships with prime contractors, and ensuring that our platforms are designed for seamless integration into existing operational frameworks.
This is where the future of defense technology is shaped. And we’re committed to being part of that conversation—as a strategic partner who understands both the technical challenges and the mission context.
What This Means
Innovation is only valuable if it translates to capability. And capability only matters if it reaches the field.
We’re building hydrogen-powered, runway-independent systems that deliver extended endurance, operational stealth, and modular flexibility. We’re manufacturing in the U.S., scaling production, and investing in the infrastructure needed to support programs of record.
That’s what Heven AeroTech is built to do—deliver mission-ready solutions that perform when it matters most.
This is who we are now. And this is just the beginning.
